Client-required changes in: the Articles of Association/deed of foundation, sphere of business, trading company, registration enhancement at the tax office.
Record of alterations made in the Trade Register (Dynamic Media waives its right of appeal in order to accelerate entry in the Trade Register).
Receiving of abstract (with data altered) of the Trade Register followed by written statement of alterations to the tax and trades licensing office – not time-consuming.

WITHOUT US (procedure at founding of a trading company)
Provision of the company registered office in the CR territory.
Formation of Articles of Association/deed of foundation.
Visit to a notary and formation of Articles of Association/deed of foundation in form of a notarial deed.
Client-required changes in: the Articles of Association/deed of foundation, sphere of business, trading company, registration enhancement at the tax office.
Opening of a bank account at the bank.
Deposition of the authorised capital of the limited liability company (minimum of 200,000 CZK): 100% of the deposit to a newly opened bank account in favour of the deposit manager.
Requiring confirmation of deposition of the authorised capital at the bank – after submission of the Articles of Association/deed of foundation.
Abstract of the land register on company registered office ownership and consent of the owner of these areas to the lease.
Filing an application at the registration court for company registration in the Trade Register containing all terms and appendices. Waiting period up to 6 months!
Abstract (with data altered) of the Trade Register receiving.
Company registration at the tax office.
